ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING

Modern Paw Furniture ships to both Alaska and Hawaii, but additional fees apply. Refer to the Shipping & Delivery information for the additional rates. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer for delivery. Please note: promotional offers relating to shipping rates, such as free shipping, do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii shipping addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Modern Paw Furniture does not ship to U.S. Territories or internationally at this time.

SHIPPING TO A P.O. BOX

Modern Paw Furniture cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

SHIPPING TO AN APO/FPO ADDRESS

Modern Paw Furniture cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping at Modern Paw Furniture! We believe our products are great and your pet will love them. If you are unhappy, we will be happy to help you exchange your furniture or return for a refund. Modern Paw Furniture will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 21 days of the order ship date. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order.  Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of original order will be charged for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 21 calendar days and we’ll refund the full cost of the item minus shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 5 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time.
